Shipping

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email along with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
 
All of our products are tracked at all times of shipping. If you believe there is an issue please contact us at zthelabell@gmail.com and we will do our best to follow up for you.
 
Unfortunately, parcels may get lost in the shipping process please note that we are not liable for this, but we will do our best to follow up for you. *Please note if you have provided the wrong shipping address we are not responsible for this error.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Please note that unfortunately we do not provide refunds or returns for any products due to hygiene. If you have any queries about sizing please email us prior ordering. 
 
If you receive your purchase and believe there is something wrong (missing, wrong or faulty items). Please send details of the error (or photos if item is faulty) to zthelabell@gmail.com and we will do our best to promptly resolve any issues. 
 
If you have ordered the wrong product or size and have NOT received your shipping details please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate as long as your parcel hasn’t been shipped yet.
 
If you have any other enquiries please feel free to contact us anytime and we will do our best to respond within 1-2 business days.
 
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase as you feel there is a fault, feel free to contact us via email. If deemed acceptable you will be provided with a store credit to cover the cost of the faulty item.
 
All claims must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
